Want to know what's happening in Newmarket, New Hampshire?  The Village Post will help you stay informed and get involved.  You'll find information about upcoming events, meetings, and volunteer opportunities, as well as articles and letters on issues concerning our town.

The Village Post is published and founded by WeCAN (We Care About Newmarket), a volunteer organization formed to encourage citizen participation in town, support the Newmarket Master Plan, and the preservation of Newmarket's cultural and historical character.

WeCan has initiated discussions about encouraging quality commercial development in town, especially on Route 108.  The members helped begin the Main Street project, an economic revitalization effort that has had great success in towns across the country.
